Zero emission transport

Ocean Towage

Towage of cargo ships is the simplest means of bringing your cargo ships to their destinations. Our vessels are equipped with towage and line handling gear, as well as fast boats and drones for connection at sea. Once the towline is secured, your ships can shut down main engines and crews can perform routine port maintenance while in transit.

Transmission At Sea

For cargo ships equipped with hybrid electric propulsion, electrical transmission at sea is the preferred method. Power generated on our ships is transmitted to yours via 3-phase medium-voltage transmission cables specifically designed to operate in most sea conditions. This allows your ship to run on 100% carbon-free energy during ocean crossings at speeds up to 24 kts.

Utility Generation

While in port, our NPVs are also capable of supplying power to utility electrical grids. Up to 120 MW of base load capacity can be made available, provided the appropriate shore-based electrical transmission equipment is installed.
